Shipping policy

Where we ship

High Kiddie plans to ship initial Kickstarter orders to addresses within Australia. If international shipping is introduced, this policy will be updated with the applicable destinations, delivery estimates, duties and taxes.

Order processing and production

Initial High Kiddie Kickstarter orders will be fulfilled after the campaign and production. Production is estimated to take approximately 30–40 business days after the campaign ends, subject to manufacturing timelines and unforeseen production delays. Customers will be notified if there are significant changes to the expected production timeframe.

Delivery estimates

Once production is complete and the order has been dispatched, delivery within Australia will depend on the destination and carrier. The 30–40 business day production timeframe is separate from the delivery timeframe. Customers will be provided with delivery and tracking information when available.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Australia is A$25 for the 1 and 2 seat packs, and free for the 3 seat pack. The shipping cost is added to your pledge on Kickstarter.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking record.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will try to update the address. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at highkiddie@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution. Any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law remains available.
